These terms govern your access to and use of Client Explorer, provided by Ed in Park City LLC. By using the application, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms that apply to connected third-party services.

You are responsible for the information, files, URLs, advertising account access, campaign data, and instructions you provide through the application. You must have the rights and permissions needed to connect provider accounts and manage any advertising data you access or modify.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape or overload systems, or submit malicious code or content.

The application may connect to Google Ads and other third-party services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, account settings, permissions, and platform restrictions.

The application may create drafts, recommendations, workflow results, or other outputs based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or applying changes to advertising accounts.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ed in Park City LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or advertising performance outcomes.
